At Encore Havanese we are committed to breeding dogs of the highest caliber. Our breeding program looks at the various elements that go into providing a healthy and well rounded companion for families with wide varieties of interests, ages and environments. We go to extraordinary efforts in attempting to provide Havanese who enhance the standard and are less prone to genetic health problems.
Encore Havanese Breeding Guidelines:
The Encore kennels originated with Briards in 1995. Marilyn

were active in conformation, herding and agility. Marilyn
acquired her first Havanese in partnership with a long time
friend, Mary Lopez, Amor Havanese, in 1999.
These are the current members of the Encore Havanese family. They make me so proud and bring a lot of joy to our home … and their offspring give to our friends.”
